About Savair

Savair is a modern, technology-first multi-family office based in Zurich, with a satellite office in Amsterdam. Founded in 2023, we combine deep investment experience with a forward-looking, technology-driven mindset.

We support European (technology) entrepreneurs and families through liquidity events, offering integrated investment management, tax planning, and wealth strategy. At Savair, technology is embedded at the core of our model — enabling smarter decisions, faster insight, and better client experiences.

Join us and be a part of our journey to build an innovative multi-family office.

About the role

As an intern with us you will contribute to building and enhancing the digital infrastructure of a next-generation family office. Working directly with the partners, you’ll help refine our technology roadmap, prioritize high-impact projects, and evaluate emerging AI and automation tools that can strengthen our investment and operational processes.

This is a role for someone who enjoys bridging strategy and execution — combining analytical thinking with hands-on implementation — to make our technology stack more connected, intelligent, and efficient.

You will also play a role in integrating the core elements of our internal platform — including our CRM, portfolio management system, and operational tools — improving the experience and creating cohesive and intelligent workflows. This will involve exploring how AI can assist in our operations, for example with meeting documentation, note-taking, and task execution across teams, ensuring that insights, decisions, and actions are well captured and shared.

Additionally, you will help build tools that use AI to automatically gather and organize market research, news, and macroeconomic data from various sources — and generate actionable insights for both internal use and client communication.

Job responsibilities
  • Technology & AI Strategy: Contribute to refining Savair’s technology roadmap — helping identify high-impact automation opportunities, evaluate new tools, and define where AI can enhance both client and internal workflows.
  • AI Workflow Development: Design and implement AI-driven workflows that automate recurring processes — including meeting documentation, note-taking, and action tracking — tailored for different audiences (internal, client, and compliance).
  • Automation & Efficiency Projects: Identify manual processes across investment and operational functions and use tools such as Zapier, Make, Airtable, or LangChain to create streamlined, automated solutions.
  • Research Intelligence Automation: Build and refine systems that use AI to automatically collect, categorize, and summarize market, macroeconomic, and industry data — feeding into a centralized repository for internal analysis.
  • Insight Generation: Help develop querying and summarization tools to transform aggregated data into actionable insights for the investment team and client communication.
Profile
  • Studying Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or Finance (ETH, HSG, EPFL, or similar) – strong quantitative education and experience
  • Solid analytical and technical skills — ideally experience with Python, SQL, Excel, or Power BI.
  • Comfortable experimenting with AI and workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, LangChain, OpenAI APIs).  Experience integrating MS Copilot into operations
  • Enjoy working at the intersection of finance, data, and technology, turning abstract ideas into working prototypes.
  • Think critically about systems — improving and connecting what exists, not just building new.
  • Are proactive, structured, and comfortable in a small, fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English (German or Dutch a plus)
  • Authorization: Currently authorized to work in Switzerland (required)
  • Also helpful:
    • Experience working with Swiss/international banks or institutional operations
    • Some investment knowledge and understanding of markets, asset allocation, FX
    • Familiarity with analytical finance tools (e.g., LSEG Workspace, Bloomberg)
What Savair offers
  • A chance to help shape and scale the digital backbone of a technology-first family office.
  • Remuneration in-line with an intern from a top university
  • Exposure to both investment strategy and AI-driven automation, working closely with senior partners.
  • A hands-on, entrepreneurial environment where your ideas can directly influence how we work.
  • Exposure to how AI can transform both operations and investment intelligence — from research automation to workflow execution.
  • Central Zurich location, hybrid flexibility, and competitive internship compensation.
