About Savair

Savair is a modern, technology-first multi-family office based in Zurich, with a satellite office in Amsterdam. Founded in 2023, we support European entrepreneurs and families through liquidity events, complex multi-jurisdictional structures, and long-term wealth management — combining deep expertise in investments, tax planning, and family operations.

Our Tax &Wealth Planning practice handles international tax and wealth planning for entrepreneurs and families with structures spanning the Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany, Italy, and beyond. We are a small, senior team and operate at a high standard of quality, discretion, and client service.

About the role

As an analystin our Tax & Wealth Planning practice, based in our Zurich office, you will work directly alongside our Senior Tax & Wealth Planning Partner and take ownership of live client files from day one — working across a diverse portfolio of entrepreneurs and families with genuinely complex,multi-jurisdictional structures.

The role spans the full breadth of what a private wealth practice handles: tax filing coordination across jurisdictions, estate and entity administration, advisor liaison, and keeping a high volume of active matters moving forward. As the firm grows, there is also scope to contribute to building out the operational infrastructure of the practice — standardizing recurring processes and creating templates that keep quality consistent across an expanding client base.

Job responsibilities

Multi-jurisdictional client & advisor liaison

•     Support the team in coordinating filings, entityprocesses, and cross-border matters by ensuring the right materials are inplace and the right people are informed.

•     Draft and send correspondence on behalf of the team inEnglish and Dutch.

•     Attend client meetings alongside the senior team, contributing to preparation and follow-up.

•     Use AI tools securely to prepare first drafts ofstandard documents and structure analysis from source data.

Tax filing coordination

•     Gather and organize source data for income tax returns, provisional assessments, corporate tax filings, and VAT submissions acrossmultiple clients and entities.

•     Follow up with external advisors on submission statusand track filings through to completion.

•     Maintain a rolling calendar of deadlines across thefull client base and flag upcoming due dates proactively.

Entity & estate administration

•     Support the administration of complex holdingstructures: BVs, STAKs, foundations, and international entities.

•     Coordinate signature processes for legal documents, notarial deeds, and bank agreements.

•     Maintain accurate entity records and ensure structuralchanges are reflected across all internal systems.

Administration & oversight

•     Monitor open action items across all active clientmatters and ensure nothing falls through the cracks in a high-volume,multi-client environment.

•     Prepare regular status overviews for partner review andflag items that require escalation.

•     Collect and organize annual accounts, bank statements,UBO extracts, and supporting materials from clients and their advisors.

Profile

•     Extremely organized with a natural instinct for structure — you spot opportunities to systematize recurring work and build on what’s already in place.

•     Proactive: you follow up without being asked and flag issues before they become problems.

•     Discreet by nature; you understand what it means to work with sensitive personal and financial information.

•     Degree in Tax Law, Fiscal Law, Finance, or Economics —ideally with a tax or legal specialisation — together with initial professional experience (internships or roughly 1–3 years) in tax, wealth planning, or professional services.

•     Comfortable using AI tools securely to support practical tasks — drafting, structuring analysis, and building templates.

•     Fluent in English; Dutch is strongly preferred given our client base, and German is a meaningful advantage.

•     Familiarity with Dutch corporate structures — BVs, STAKs, holding entities — is a strong advantage.
